Nayantara’s experience has primarily been in litigation before various fora in Delhi. Areas of practice include succession and property laws, heritage laws, marital disputes, and constitutional law. She has also worked on aspects of intellectual property rights litigation.Having worked in the chambers of various standing counsels to central and state governments, she is familiar with public interest litigation as well as with aspects of taxation, criminal and service laws. She is an experienced External Member for Internal Complaints Committees under the POSH Act.
