Kevin’s areas of practice include dispute resolution, insolvency and bankruptcy, arbitration, real estate, and civil and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience representing clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and arbitral tribunals.
Kevin regularly advises and assists on matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and various other recovery proceedings, and has advised and represented a wide range of clients including financial institutions, high-net-worth individuals, multinational companies, amongst others. His role typically includes assisting his team in developing litigation strategies, drafting pleadings and submissions, representing clients before various judicial forums and providing strategic advice on enforcement mechanisms.
Kevin holds a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Amity Law School, Noida, and has been practicing law since 2022.
