Jaskaran’s primary practice areas include Civil, Corporate and Commercial litigation with special focus on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, White Collar Crimes and Alternative Dispute Resolution Laws. Jaskaran regularly appears before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal for Prevention of Money Laundering, Arbitral tribunals across India and various other Courts and Tribunals. Jaskaran also regularly advises multinational corporations and financial institutions on a wide range of contentious disputes including investigations, litigation and regulatory enforcement proceedings in India.
Jaskaran holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance from Christ University, Bengaluru. Having graduated from Indian Law Society’s ILS Law College, Pune in 2020, Jaskaran joined Dua Associates in December 2020.
Jaskaran is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association and Delhi High Court Bar Association.
