Himanshu’s experience has predominantly been in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance and general corporate advisory.
He has steered transactional aspects of various deals, including inbound and outbound investment; advised on complex matters pertaining to international collaborations and fundraises having regard to sector specific nuances. His wide-ranging experience across sectors extends from telecommunications, media, advertising, financial services, insurance, hospitality, real estate and healthcare to software, engineering, automobile (ICE and electric), edible oils, petrochemicals and manufacturing.
In the course of his career as a legal professional, Himanshu has advised various multinational companies, private equity investors, foreign institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, Indian promoters, corporates and family offices. He has provided advisory on, and negotiation of, strategic and financial partnerships, management of shareholder and stakeholder discord, disengagements and exits. Additionally, he has also advised various international banks, their branches in India and other market participants on corporate finance transactions, securitization and investments through various instruments.
Himanshu is a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) graduate from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
