Akshita started the practice of law in 2018. She has a broad spectrum of experience in Commercial Disputes, Civil Litigation, Criminal Defence, Constitutional Law, Service Matters, and Consumer Disputes.
Akshita has represented prominent government bodies, including the National Highways Authority of India, Employees State Insurance Corporation, the Central Government Employees Welfare Housing Organisation etc. before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, Arbitral Tribunals, and other forums. She also advises and represents private clients in a variety of civil matters, including contractual and property disputes. Akshita regularly appears before Trial and Appellate Courts and has successfully defended clients across various stages of litigation.
Outside of her legal practice, Akshita is an avid reader and enjoys playing badminton, cricket, and bowling.
