Saurabh’s practice at Dua Associates’ Bengaluru office focuses on civil and commercial litigation with special focus on Insolvency and Bankruptcy law, 2016, Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. With a track record in handling disputes pertaining to commercial transactions, insolvency and bankruptcy, Saurabh has represented several clients including financial institutions, creditors, resolution professionals, and various leading corporates before several courts and tribunals. He regularly appears before the Bombay High Court, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
He additionally has experience on advising clients in real estate matters dealing with several issues relating to land titles, leasing of premises, drafting of leave and license agreements etc.
