Rudra is a corporate lawyer with over 18 years of professional experience in assisting and advising domestic and foreign clients on matters relating to strategic and financial acquisition (shares/ business/asset), private equity investment, joint venture, general corporate and commercial issues, labour and employment issues etc. I have advised and assisted reputed and well-known organizations across various sectors like IT/ITES, e-commerce, real estate, broadcasting, franchising, retail, food & beverages, telecom & telecom infrastructure, manufacturing, automobile parts, chemicals, edible oil etc.
Rudra has previously worked with the Firm as an Associate in 2009. Since then, he has built an extensive and well-rounded practice over nearly two decades, most recently serving as a Partner at Singhania & Partners.
