Monica brings over two decades of post‑qualification experience in corporate and transactional matters. She has extensively advised multinational corporations, Indian companies, private entities, and publicly listed companies on a wide range of M&A transactions, joint ventures, private equity investments, and foreign investment matters. Her practice is known for its commercially focused, pragmatic approach and deep understanding of complex deal structures, regulatory nuances, and stakeholder negotiation dynamics.
She also widely advises clients on the matters of foreign investments, exchange control regulations, securities laws, corporate governance, setting up of business in India including subsidiaries of foreign companies, and labour and employment law matters. Prior to joining Dua Associates, Monica worked with number of reputed law firms and corporates in New Delhi and Gurgaon, India.
