Anvita is a general corporate and commercial lawyer whose practice encompasses a wide and diverse range of legal areas. She regularly advises clients on general corporate and commercial laws, employment and labour laws, legal metrology laws, laws governing fast moving consumer goods, laws relating to prevention and prohibition of sexual harassment at work, etc. In addition to undertaking advisory work, Anvita is also involved in assisting clients by drafting various types of agreements along with negotiating the same, undertaking due diligence exercises across sectors, etc.
Anvita graduated in 2020 and is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Karnataka, India (2020) and the All India Bar Council (2021).
