Agastya is part of the firm’s litigation team. He represents domestic and multinational clients in high value commercial litigation and white-collar criminal defence before various courts across India. His primary practice areas include company law, shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, white-collar crime and insolvency and bankruptcy.
He has also successfully represented clients in criminal cases involving offenses under the IPC, NDPS Act and the Black Money Act. He has also assisted senior counsel appointed as Amicus Curiae in cases before the Supreme Court including the Gujarat Riots Case.
Agastya appears regularly before the Supreme Court, the High Court of Delhi, the National Company Law Tribunals, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunals and various District Courts across India.”
