Rudraksh’s professional experience is primarily centred on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance and general corporate advisory.
He has acted for and advised both Indian and multinational clients in their M&A (inbound and outbound) transactions, joint ventures, strategic and financial investments (representing buy- and sell-side clients) and fundraises, business transfers, corporate governance, and general corporate advisory across multiple industry sectors such as alcobev, food and beverages, automobile (ICE and electric), edible oil, hospitality, manufacturing, real estate, retail and e-commerce involving both private and listed targets.
His usual deal responsibilities range from assisting in structuring of transactions, preparation of/ advisory on term-sheets and heads of terms to drafting, revising and negotiating transaction documents (including SPA, SSA, SHA, JVA, BTA, and any other deal-specific documentation), to managing due diligence teams, liaising with clients, counterparties and external counsels.
Rudraksh is a B.A., L.L.B (Hons.) graduate from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala, is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2018 and is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association. Prior to joining Dua Associates, Rudraksh was part of the General Corporate and M&A team at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas’ Delhi-NCR office.
