Hari Karthik practises primarily on real estate transactions as well as on areas of general corporate advisory and commercial laws.
His real estate practise includes conducting title due diligence, preparation of title report, drafting of joint development agreements, sale deeds, construction agreements, lease deeds etc. He assists various clients in registering documents before the jurisdictional sub-registrar’s office.
His general corporate advisory practise includes preparation of legal opinions, drafting of contracts such as master service agreements, franchise agreements, non-disclosure agreements, indemnity agreements, dealership agreements, loan agreements, tender documents and also advises on legal metrology compliances and stamp duty.
