Aditi has been practising as a dispute resolution / litigation lawyer for more than 11 years, wherein she has worked on various kinds of matters involving interesting questions of law relating to disparagement of products, infringement of trademark, , winding up matters, Insolvency & Bankruptcy matters, arbitrations arising out of commercial contracts, consumer matters, service matters and writ petitions.
Aditi has also been involved in defending recovery suits before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Bombay High Court, District Courts in Bombay and Delhi, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Green Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Arbitral Tribunals, and various other forums.
