When allegations were raised of copyright infringement and plaintiff sought a restraining order against the release of Sky Force, Dua Associates appeared for Defendant No. 1, i.e. Sandeep Kewlani, the director and the writer of the film.
Justice Manish Pitale, presiding over the case, ruled against granting a stay on the film’s release citing precedents.Owing to Dua Associates’ expertise in IPR law, the team successfully paved the way for Sky Force to hit theatres as scheduled on January 24, 2025.
