Paritosh started his law practice in 2012. Since 2015 he has been a key part of the Japan focused practice group within the firm. In this period , he has advised several large Indian and foreign corporates. His practice areas include general corporate & commercial laws, labour and industrial laws, foreign investment laws , with a focus on India-entry / exit strategy and commencement of India-based operations. His other focus areas are M&A and intellectual property & information technology laws including cross border / domestic licensing, data privacy & protection, policy and transaction advisory.
