Danish is part of the Competition and Antitrust Law practice at Dua Associates. He has extensive experience in antitrust litigation, advisory as well as merger control matters. He has advised and represented clients before the Competition Commission of India and Appellate Forum(s). He has advised clients on Antitrust Law in sectors such as agrochemicals, oil and gas, insurance, retail, real estate, power, etc. Danish writes frequently for national and international publications with a focus on Competition Law.
