Chirashree has been practicing law since 2015 specializing in General Corporate and Commercial. She has extensive experience in related transactions including Private Equity, Foreign Investment, Mergers and Acquisitions across industry sectors. She has also handled incorporation of companies in India, drafting various commercial agreements, works contracts and various labour and employment matters etc.
Prior to joining Dua Associates, Mumbai in 2017, Chirashree was an associate at Credit Suisse (Private Banking) and Rao Law Chambers (now a part of AZB & Partners). She is an alumnus of Symbiosis Law School, Pune and a member of the Bar Council of Karnataka, India.
