She practices predominantly in the area of Real Estate that includes performing Due Diligence on property (agricultural and non-agricultural land), structuring transactions involving Joint Development of property / Joint Ventures (between developers and landowners), advising and assisting landowners / tenants in the area of Commercial Leases. Her experience in Real Estate practice includes providing legal services for Real Estate projects, investments, finance, purchase, joint developments, lease arrangements, mortgage arrangements, structuring transactions, negotiations, documentation, obtaining registration of various instruments / deeds etc. She has assisted various companies in acquisition of property and banks and financial institutions in verifying the security of the facilities granted by them.
